Trinitario and Neo-Nacional varieties centrally fermented. Profile
round with a certain acidity, some notes of red fruits and
surprising floral notes of violet and red fruits, balanced
by a dry, nutty vegetal note.

These beans are produced by over 700 farmers who generally own
less than 2 hectares of land. Thanks to improvements in post-harvest techniques,
which are crucial, these families can now benefit from higher
prices for quality and organic certifications. Over 4000 farmers
are currently receiving training on good agricultural practices to
help them improve the quality of their cocoa.
