The beginning.

"I have always dreamed of learning to make homemade ice cream. At the age of 34, after 15 years of working in the private sector, I decided to take ice cream making classes. But in order to access these classes, I had to be qualified in pastry or chocolate. As there was a waiting list, I enrolled in the latter. The first one that had an opening was chocolate. It was a true revelation, a love at first sight for a field I did not know. I posted photos of the creations made in class and, I don't know why, but I quickly found tasters. Then, as it was well received, I was asked for new pralines. This is how it was born.Emotions Chocolats."

We were at a crossroads to distinguish ourselves from what the competition offered. We decided to work with noble products, respecting humans and nature as much as possible, starting with the main ingredient,chocolate.

There are as many qualities of chocolate as there are consumers. We chose to work with another artisan who makes his own chocolate here in Wallonia,François Deremiens. Sharing the same values, it was a wonderful meeting. These cocoa beans are of exceptional quality.

Only pure origins, no mixing with other chocolates of lower quality or dubious origins. We have more than 15 different origins.


The same goes for our ice creams, we use whole milk, 40% cream, honey from our village, sugar, and eggs. For flavour, no chemical aromas or other "magical" flavouring products, Madagascar vanilla pods, coffee from the roaster Delahaut, fruits, Piedmont hazelnuts, Sicilian pistachios, etc....
